Urgently Hiring Automotive Estimators! 

Compensation: $75,000-$120,000 (Salary + Bonuses)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technicians to draft estimates post-vehicle teardown.
  • Ensure adherence to OEM repair procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with the parts department to address any issues.
  • Work closely with production management to oversee timely repairs.
  • Conduct meetings with external field adjusters to discuss repair plans.
  • Coordinate with fellow estimators on sublet work and estimated completion dates.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell).
  • Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Capability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
  • Physical ability to operate computer hardware/software.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
