Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential customers through residential canvassing
- Collaborate effectively with our sales consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify customer needs and tailor our green energy solutions to exceed expectations
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Contribute to team success through collaboration and participation in meetings and events
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Utilize digital tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proven track record in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement, or related fields is advantageous (but not required)
- Experience in canvassing or outside sales is preferred (but not required)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a valuable asset
