POSITION SUMMARY
As a leading Nationwide Solar Contractor, we're at the forefront of advancing renewable energy infrastructure nationwide. Teaming up with major retailers, we educate consumers and offer trusted brands, ensuring a seamless experience from project inception to completion. In this role, you'll prospect within retail settings, handle sales leads, deliver proposals, and oversee solar projects, supported by top-tier industry resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain expertise in our products post-training
- Initiate conversations with shoppers
- Generate new leads through in-store engagement
- Utilize provided sales leads (for experienced reps)
- Conduct in-home sales presentations post-training
- Employ technology for scheduling and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mandatory)
- Prior experience in in-home or contract sales (mandatory)
- Comfortable engaging diverse shoppers in-store
- High school diploma or GED, 18+
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Able to pass pre-employment tests, including background check
- Maintains professionalism consistently
