• Coordinate with technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive collision repair estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., CCC One, Audatex, Mitchell).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping.
