Brand Manager – Sports Betting Promotions

Job Overview:
Step into the dynamic world of sports betting as a Brand Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated individual ready to take ownership of a defined territory, driving customer engagement and business growth. You’ll be responsible for leading promotional efforts, building partnerships, and managing a team of ambassadors to maximize outreach and sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Actively approach potential customers at partner locations (e.g., sports bars, city based events, festivals, and tailgating events) to promote sports betting and social media apps, facilitating sign-ups.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of brand ambassadors, providing hands-on coaching and support to ensure success.
  • Strategic Scheduling: Organize team activities around key sporting events and high-traffic periods at partner locations.
  • Territory Expansion: Identify and onboard new partner venues, explore sponsorship opportunities, and enhance market presence.
  • Performance-Driven Approach: Work towards financial success with a commission-based structure designed to offer substantial earning potential.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Comfortable engaging with customers in lively environments such as sports bars.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving six-figure earnings.
  • Sales, team-building, or business development experience is a plus.
  • Ability to establish and maintain trusted partnerships with venue owners and event organizers.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Earnings: $3,000 – $15,000 per month (commission-based with uncapped potential).
  • Compensation Package: Includes bonuses, profit-sharing, and commission incentives.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak sports event periods.
  • Location: In-person role, requiring reliable transportation within the designated territory.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to commute within the assigned territory.
