• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

• Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs
• Resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as a service writer, preferably in the automotive collision industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Proficiency with computer software and basic math skills
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures is a plus
