Hiring Full Time Water Purification Sales Associates!
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who are looking to grow their sales career and have job security for life by joining the world of home improvement sales.
In this role you will meet with homeowners at their home, via scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, to inform prospective customers how they can save money and promote healthy water for their family. With our water purification systems you can drink straight from the tap from any faucet in the home. You are the front line of bringing clean, renewable energy to homeowners! Sales associates will also make recommendations based on lifestyle and budgets, negotiate and close sales, and provide the best customer service experience.
Candidates applying should be excited to learn about water purification, be extremely comfortable talking to people, and comfortable conducting home sales presentations. 1-2 years of prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with scheduled appointments with homeowners to discuss our products and services and provide water testing demonstrations
- Answer any questions and make recommendations based on budget, lifestyle, and size of home
- Negotiate, close sales, and explain contract to homeowners
- Follow up with homeowners throughout the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction and rapport
- Attend meetings as required
- Always have a positive attitude and the willingness to always learn and improve
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as necessary
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Drivers license and reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be extremely comfortable conducting in home sales presentations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
- Self-Motivated to hit individual and team sales goals
