Responsibilities include managing sales negotiations, finalizing deals, and offering ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Ideal candidates should possess prior sales experience, preferably in in-home sales, and demonstrate proficiency in negotiating and selling high-value contracts. Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous sales experience required (preferably in home sales)
- High school diploma or equivalent required (18+)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation required
- Must be able to work full time
- General knowledge of water filtration systems a plus
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive with the ability to work with limited structure
- Required to maintain motivation and achieve personal sales targets
- Comfortable working with people in their homes
- Must maintain professionalism at all times
Position Details:
- Conduct in-person water testing and sales presentations for homeowners
- Make recommendations based on customers' needs and budgets
- Inform prospective customers about the products and their options
- Follow customers through the installation process for customer satisfaction
