Advance the Future of Manufacturing
Position: Manufacturing Engineer III
Salary Range: $95,000 – $125,000

Bring your composites expertise to a team where innovation, precision, and continuous improvement define every step of the production process. As a Manufacturing Engineer III, you’ll take on a leadership role in developing, refining, and owning key manufacturing processes while directly supporting design and production teams with high-impact technical solutions.

What You’ll Own

This role isn’t just about sustaining operations—it’s about elevating them. You’ll take charge of critical manufacturing systems, especially within composite fabrication and assembly, ensuring quality and efficiency from design through delivery. Your contributions will directly influence how products are built and how teams function on the shop floor.

You'll:

  • Lead process development and validation for high-precision composite manufacturing.

  • Design advanced tooling, fixtures, and inspection gauges to support scalable operations.

  • Resolve complex production challenges using sound engineering principles and data-backed troubleshooting.

  • Plan workflows, layout production lines, and coordinate resources to meet project demands.

  • Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers, fostering a culture of hands-on learning and continuous improvement.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

From the earliest design phases, your voice will be at the table. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, quality teams, and operations to integrate manufacturing insights into product development. You'll champion Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles, ensuring new products are not only innovative but also practical to build.

You’ll also act as a subject matter expert in composites, applying advanced knowledge of materials, tolerances, and inspection to ensure production outcomes meet the highest standards.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can lead through both expertise and initiative. You should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong emphasis on composite materials

  • Advanced proficiency with blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T

  • A deep understanding of fabrication, assembly, and verification methods

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for this role)

Why This Role Stands Out

This is your chance to take ownership of high-visibility projects in a company that values innovation and hands-on problem solving. You won’t be siloed—you’ll be in the mix, leading engineering initiatives and shaping how things are made from the ground up. If you’re ready to step into a role that blends leadership with deep technical impact, this is where you want to be.
