About the Role:
This position involves connecting with potential customers and guiding them toward reliable, high-speed internet solutions. Unlike traditional cold sales, you’ll engage with pre-qualified neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing (flyer distribution only), scheduled appointments, and community events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Educating potential customers on how our services improve their connectivity and lifestyle.
- Presenting tailored internet and smart home solutions that align with each customer’s needs.
- Closing deals and ensuring a seamless transition from sale to installation.
- Maintaining detailed customer records and providing follow-ups as needed.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service activation.
