Administrative Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls and emails, catering to the needs of both prospective and current clients
  • Foster fluid communication across departments, including liaising with insurers, clients, estimators, and our automotive care team
  • Ensure precise data entry and management for parts and client records
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with the automotive care team to promptly address client installation queries
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, upholding our commitment to exceptional service
  • Assist in procuring supplies for the automotive care center and office
  • Uphold superior customer service standards while managing routine administrative duties

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of collective experience in customer service and administrative roles
  • Proficient organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous exposure to automotive dealerships or collision repair centers is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated and adept at thriving independently in a dynamic environment
