We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Treatment Service Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering clean, safe, and reliable water solutions.

Position Overview:

The Water Treatment Service Technician will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in the field and is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems, including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, and other equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water treatment systems and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct water testing and analysis to identify treatment needs and ensure system performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their water treatment systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders promptly.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in water treatment system installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems as they relate to water treatment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Certifications in water treatment or related fields (preferred but not required).
