• Team Collaboration: Attend weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions to discuss and set goals, as well as contribute individual feedback to enhance our efforts.
• Event Participation: Participate in various in-person events, held indoors and outdoors.
• Conversion Focus: Strive to convert every conversation into a donation for backpacks, bikes, hygiene products, and more.
