We are a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business located in Baltimore, MD, specializing in the Water Treatment industry. Our team provides expert installation, maintenance, and operation of Water Treatment systems throughout Maryland. With a focus on delivering high-quality service, we employ licensed Water Treatment Plant Operators and a Superintendent to oversee our clients’ systems. We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our expanding team as a Commercial Water Treatment Specialist.

Position Overview:
The Commercial Water Treatment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. This individual will play a critical role in the daily operations and maintenance of Water Treatment systems. Responsibilities include overseeing plant operations, managing process control, ensuring accurate chemical dosing, and maintaining system efficacy. The role also involves servicing and maintaining specialized treatment systems, such as Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, and high-purity systems. The position may require staffing plants located in Cecil County, Harford County, and Baltimore County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor plant operations, including process controls and chemical dosing.
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance of specialized treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis, Deionization, and high-purity systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure systems meet regulatory and performance standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of chemistry and biology as it pertains to water treatment processes.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of Water Treatment plant operations.
  • Proficiency with Reverse Osmosis and Deionization systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification as a Water Treatment Plant Operator by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the Water Treatment industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $28.00-$33.00/hour.
  • 90-day probationary period applies before additional benefits, such as access to company vehicles, are granted.
