Your responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Conduct door-to-door visits to generate interest in our groundbreaking green energy products.
- Customer engagement: Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our sustainable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our consultants before and after appointments.
- Performance metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Industry knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our talented team to develop effective strategies and participate in team activities.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Technology: Utilize digital sales tools and input data accurately.
- Requirements: Possess personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
What we're looking for:
- Sales experience: Previous experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
- Outside sales: A strong background in canvassing or outside sales is preferred (but not required).
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate and present our products to potential customers.
- Technical knowledge: Technical sales knowledge is a plus.
- Language skills: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
