Canvassing Sales Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in lead generation and outside sales to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of canvassers to generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, home and garden shows, and other lead generation methods.
• Actively sell water purification, windows and doors, and solar solutions while leading by example.
• Train team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Explain contracts and terms to customers, providing clarity and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Proven experience in lead generation and outside sales is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales targets.
