Seeking Automotive Estimate Specialists

Salary Range: $75,000-$120,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technicians to draft estimates post vehicle teardown.
• Ensure adherence to OEM repair guidelines.
• Facilitate transparent communication with the parts department to resolve issues.
• Work closely with production management to oversee timely repairs.
• Conduct meetings with external field adjusters to discuss repair plans.
• Coordinate with fellow estimators to manage sublet work and align on completion timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor.
• Proficient in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell).
• Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Physically able to operate computer hardware/software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
