Join us in the vital role of prospecting, presenting proposals, and managing solar projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a deep understanding of our product range after training.
• Initiate conversations with shoppers, sparking meaningful interactions.
• Generate new leads within retail environments through engaging customer interactions.
• Receive provided sales leads (reserved for experienced sales professionals).
• Conduct in-home sales presentations following training.
• Utilize technology to efficiently manage schedules and document tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in in-home or contract sales is required.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse shoppers and initiating dialogue.
• High school diploma or GED required; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including background checks.
• Maintain professionalism consistently.
