This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26-30, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and repair damaged parts with precision and efficiency.
- Clearly communicate repair status updates to the Body Shop Manager.
- Coordinate with the parts department to procure necessary components for repairs.
- Thoroughly document all repair activities and materials utilized.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations, including federal, state, and local guidelines for hazardous waste disposal.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Collision Auto Body Technician is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation to excel.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a clean driving record.
