What You’ll Be Doing

On a typical day, you’ll:
Operate a mini excavator to dig and backfill trenches for underground plumbing
Collaborate with licensed plumbers on pipe alignment, grading, and placement
Prepare job sites, follow detailed site plans, and avoid existing utility lines
Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are used safely and correctly
Keep the work area clean and secure throughout the project
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience who can take initiative, follow detailed plans, and work safely and efficiently on residential and commercial job sites.
You should have:
Proven ability to operate a mini excavator with precision
Solid knowledge of underground plumbing systems (water, sewer, drainage)
Comfort reading blueprints and job site diagrams
Familiarity with trench safety, grading standards, and shoring practices
Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
