Job Title: Lab Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Analyst to join our team. As a Lab Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses to support research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and possess excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses according to established procedures and protocols.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results.
- Assist in the development and validation of laboratory methods and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support research projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols at all times.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Contribute to the development of new products, processes, and technologies through experimentation and data analysis.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and procedures.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and computer applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible)
