Success Criteria:

• 3+ years experience as Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor
• Proficiency in Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell
• Preferred ASE or I-CAR certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Efficient multitasking even in high-pressure environments
