Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. As one of our associates, you will be responsible for promoting and setting appointments for our green energy products and services to potential customers. This position requires excellent interpersonal communication abilities, as well as being a team player with our supportive, upbeat and successful sales team. We provide all the training and support needed for your success.

In addition to a flexible schedule, this position rewards the successful Lead Generator uncapped commissions and opportunity for advancement within our organization.

Duties:

  • Conduct canvasing residential visits and create interest in potential customers.
  • Communicate and work in tandem with our consultants before and after the appointment.
  • Identify customer needs and provide an overview to potential customers of how our green energy products and home pool solutions meet or surpass customer expectations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Attend and participate in team meetings, company outings.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Input data and utilize digital sales tools.
  • Possess personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong background in canvasing or outside sales preferred (but not required).
  • Ability to communicate and present our product's benefits to move prospective customers forward to an appointment.
  • Technical sales knowledge is a plus. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus.
