JOB OPENING: COLLISION CENTER SERVICE WRITER
Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for automobiles? Our client is looking for a Collision Center Service Writer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care throughout the collision repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the collision center and assist with intake procedures
- Collaborate with technicians to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates
- Communicate with insurance companies to expedite claims processing
- Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer interactions
- Uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction at every step
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in service writing, preferably collision in an automotive environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office and estimating programs
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance protocols preferred
